This fully-furnished, 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is available year-round. It's situated on a quiet private road on the NE part of Lake Anna, near the 719 bridge. The home has a beautiful spacious living room with hardwood floors, a large open kitchen, and large 18 person dining area.

Two additional living rooms are both equipped with hardwood flooring and Dish Network TV/DVR, one with a 75' FLAT SCREEN for the big game. Three bedrooms are located on the main floor allowing easy entry for children or seniors.

A large circular driveway provides plenty of convenient parking spaces. The walk-out basement bedrooms have a separate kitchenette & full bath. The upstairs bedroom has 2 walk out balconies, kids' play area, queen bed, 2 single beds and hardwood flooring.

This spacious house has lots of decks and plenty of light, with beautiful mature trees providing plenty of shade and sun. The back yard leads to a nice 220-foot waterfront, private dock, and PRIVATE BOAT RAMP ON THE PROPERTY. A gazebo next to the dock has steps down to a swimming area. A sandbox play area and playground provides endless fun for children. A HOT TUB and HOT TUB deck has been recently added that offers AMAZING views of the Lake. A stone fire pit next to the shoreline invites everyone to enjoy s'mores, campfire stories and unforgettable family memories

In summer rentals are available for full-week periods only during high-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Off season rentals are available for a minimum of 2 nights.

Great Location On Lake Anna
My friends and I rented this space for a girls weekend. We had a great time! Large kitchen for cooking for a large group, plenty of sleeping space, and great outdoor area as well. Would definitely recommend for large groups!

Perfect Getaway
We had a fabulous weekend! The weather was perfect, the owner was very hospitable, and the house was wonderful. We spent much time on the dock, at the fire pit and in the hot tub. The newly updated kitchen was really perfectly done!

We had a hiccup at Check-in but Jake was very responsive and corrected the matter in a timely manner. This property is a great location for swimming and water sports. The kitchen/great room is perfect for groups. The bathrooms could use some updating but overall we were very happy with our stay.

Awesome stay! Huge kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a family meal. Tons of beds and rooms. The home address sign by the road is covered by trees which caused us miss the entrance to the home. Other than some much needed Spring cleaning around the house - it was a great vacation!

The house has an awesome location on the lake and the lakefront and dock are great. The house needed some upkeep, however, with rotting wood in various places and old and sparse furniture. The house could also have been a bit cleaner.

Awesome Weekend Gathering
Was a wonderful home for all of us. We had an event there and there was plenty of room for everyone. The second oven and refrigerator came in handy. Plenty of space to play games, watch TV or just relax. Everyone loved the geese, beautiful views of the lake, and visiting on the deck. It never seemed crowded and we had a blast. The pictures do not do the home justice. There are a least three areas in the house that you can go off and visit.

nice place
House is as advertised. Very roomy with lots of different setting areas. Has a few toys for kids and also a high chair which we found useful. Lots of seating for eating together as well. A lot of natural light from the skylights in the house. the well water does have a smell to it but the owners advise you of that before you come. We enjoyed watching the ducks and the blue heron each day. Good parking area and fairly convenient to grocery store.

Our first impression of the property made us question how the inside of the house would be. We agree with other renters before us that this property needs TLC. We did enjoy the kitchen area and big screen TV room. It would add greatly to the property if the deck was fixed up. There is so much more that could be done to make this place more appealing. The Kayaks, dock area, fire pit, hot tub and swing set were a plus for our family. We recommend other visitors should definitely rent a boat or pontoon to enhance their stay.

Needs a few updates
The house, while we were able to make it work, was tight for our group of 20. Because of how the beds have to be fit in to accommodate 20-some people, there was not really a good place for the adults to sit all together in the evenings. Also, the queen bed in the loft room, the mattress cover was dirty, as if people had been sleeping directly on it with no sheet. These are things i just wanted to let you know. We did enjoy our stay and the opportunity to be at the lake together. Everything else was wonderful.

Sunshine Daydream Review
Overall, we enjoyed our experience here. The young people enjoyed jumping/swimming off the dock. The paddleboat and kayaks were used by all. The walk to the dock was gentle. The house had a lot of room suitable for the various activities and age groups. The house did not appear to have been cleaned very well prior to our arrival to the point of dirty dishes being put in cabinets. A suggestion would be to have a few pages of general information laid out in a public place in the house (check-out instructions; trash pick-up; etc).

Fun Place
We had a great time loved the house,hot tub and view. The septic tank odor was the only downer. The room down stairs was pretty bad and while you were in the hot tub. Had a lot of light bulbs out especially in the laundry room was hard to see in there. The lay out of the house was awesome. Boat ramp was impossible for us to get our duely truck in back to launch our boat had to go to camp ground to launch and take out of water, trees were in way. Thanks for letting us stay. Lynnette

Needs some TLC
This is a once lovely home that is in need of some updates. Peeling paint on the deck, broken hot tub (a recurring problem, apparently), gardens full of weeds, and worn out appliances. Nevertheless, a great house for a large family. A nice view of the lake and convenient to attractions and activities. Several different gathering areas, a huge TV, and two full size fridges. Be advised that 2 of the "bedrooms" are in a loft that is open to the common area and a double bed on the lower floor in the game area. Privacy and noise are issues in both rooms.

Huge house, great common space, good for group gatherings
Overall, we were very happy with our time at this Lake Anna house. We had a large group and had no problems gathering together for group time in the living room or eating together. We loved the long kitchen tables with benches (great for eating AND for board games!) The hot tub was on point. Plenty of side rooms and areas for non-group time. There were no catches or anything misleading in the description. Our only issue was in connecting to the WiFi, but that was not a major issue for us so we did not address it. Jake was incredibly responsive throughout the process and I imagine would be prompt about solving the internet issue if needed.
