"Hermoso lugar. Algunas habitaciones les deben dar mantenimiento de plomería para no gastar agua. Sugiero que se vuelva a abrir la sección de siglo XXI todo el tiempo y dar opción de quedarse ahí. La experiencia, en comparación al siglo XIX es muy distinta. "

"Muy bonito lugar, algo ruidoso porque está a pie de carretera. Tiene el inconveniente de que el baño no tiene ventilación propia, se ventila con la habitación. No tiene mosquiteros y si hay mosquitos. La atención es excelente y el desayuno buffet delicioso!"

"This hotel is average. Clean, but average. The interior of the hotel is loud with echoes of every noise. Outside rooms will hear the street traffic, inside ones, the echoes. Not really any services or amenities. Probably would stay at another location in centro if visiting again. Close enough to the main street and services and restaurants, but would look for more comfort and amenities next time."

"Overall very good. 1. Breakfast was good with a range of options. Didn't do dinner there, but it looked good. 2. Wifi: Good enough for video calls and zoom meetings. It wasn't super busy when we stayed. Cell service was very good too (cell tower is visible nearby). 3. Villas - cute little houses with a kitchen, living room, and multiple bedrooms. 4. Cold - went in February. Villas are not heated, so it got a bit cold and the blankets were a bit thin. Shower ran out of hot water very fast. We read other reviews to brought an electric blanked, but but the hotel probably would have had something if we asked. 5. Staff - super friendly, and helpful. 6. Property - Very pretty, pools were clean, and lots of places for kids and adults."

"I want to be very fair in the review. First, the good. The property is picturesque and quite nice. The room was very large and clean. The staff was friendly. The. location was good. Less than 1 mk from town, but still far enough to be quiet and out of the way. Felt very secure leaving our vehicle outside. Now, the downside. Even though the listing shows amenities like bars and restaurants. They were completely unavailable. We specifically asked for coffee service in the early morning so we could check out an be on the road, and were told we had to drive back in to town if we wanted anything before 9 am. I asked for another towel so i could shower once at night, and once in the morning with a fresh towel, and it was refused. We had to notify them 10 minutes before we wanted hot water. The water was not hot, but it was warm enough to shower without being too cold. Only two avaliable outlets in the entire room, and none near the desk. WIFI was very weak. Do NOT come here to work remotely! Overall, a nice place, and despite my frutration, I would recommend the hotel during a visit to Tlalpujahua, just be aware that the amenities listed arent readily available. "
