"We enjoyed a lovely weekend at Dogwood Springs Ranch. We spent the early morning hours drinking coffee on the front porch and watching the hummingbirds zip around. It was peaceful and very relaxing. Carlos provided a nice tour of the property via golf cart and also shared a dozen of fresh eggs. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. It was the perfect setting for our reunion weekend in the Mineola area."

"It was a great visit and stay at this location. We didn't realize it was two different structures until we were almost there. It did say it in part of the listing, but we had to dig for it. It all worked out great though! The outdoor space is amazing!"

"So much more than we imagined. Couldn't think of any forgotten detail! From toddler chairs&table, to huge game variety, to kayaking, canoe, fire pits & ample porch sitting plus all modern indoor necessities with pleasing decor, this was perfect for our family!"

"I loved the location of the cabin and access to the water. The cabin was roomy and served most of our needs. I would stay again. I would make the following recommendations...sweep the outside of the cabin...it had A LOT of cobwebs. I would also stock just a couple of other items in the kitchen that would have been most helpful...namely foil and a bit of cooking oil. Maybe some small packets of sugar for the coffee. Thank you for the opportunity to offer feedback. "
