"It was unbearably hot in the room. Screen on sliding door was broken so we couldn't leave the door open. Only one of three windows had a screen. Thermostat was set to off but one of the electric heaters was blasting heat. It was a very uncomfortably hot night with only one window open. Air conditioner was not installed. "Such a great spot! Our family and dogs enjoyed 3 fantastic nights in the beautiful winter landscape enjoying the views, listening to the lake make unique sounds as it began to freeze, had cozy fires and played games. Cross country skiing (groomed trails) was 7 minutes down the road, great restaurants were close, and we went dogsledding at Winterdance for a once in a lifetime adventure. Such a great location and Gen our host was fantastic. We look to book again in the future. "

"Everything was awsome from the minute we walked in the door. It is so quiet and peaceful. The cottage was clean and stocked with everything you need and more! All you need to bring is you clothes and food . The bottle of wine that was left for us was a very nice touch. We are definitely coming back here."
