Our room was enormous and the location was quiet with a wonderful view. The breakfast every morning was wonderful with many choices, and the service was impeccable. "The property of the hotel itself was okay nothing out of the ordinary. The staff required a bit more of knowledge. There were no places to eat or restaurants near unless you travelled out of the hotel, and only a few food places deliver. The very little stores available closed very early in the day. I would highly recommend to buy food early and do your shopping and exploring early. "

"The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can."

"Everything was good until the evening, the hotel, shut off, all the hallway, lights and stairway lights, my mom is walking down the stairs and she couldn’t see the steps properly and missed and caused her to fall and break her hip and shoulder. The hotel staff didn’t really care to help, we had to call the ambulance and when the help arrived, the hotel staff didn’t really care to help."

"Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool.
