"This is an exceptional ryokan. Only three rooms but very large rooms with a sunroom with "western style" chairs for those of us who aren't as limber as we used to be. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with excellent views of the mountains. The food here is sensational and comes with English explanations of the dishes. They are very particular in adhering to any requests guests may have with regard to what they can and can't eat. The dining room has "western style" seating also. The onsen facilities are excellent. I can't recommend this ryokan highly enough. It is quite something."

At the time of the check in and check out there was nobody... for check in we need to call someone, and upon check out.. we waited, and because nobody was there we did the check out with a machine and we didnt know where to leave the plastic card cover... that we left it on the desk."
