"I've stayed at this location 3 times now during my trips to Japan for work and everytime it's been great! I love the Ikebukuro area and Sunshine City mall. The staff was the same in 2024 as it was 1 year later and they even remembered me from the year prior. They were all so nice and very welcoming. The smoking section is nice and comfortable and has a covered section for during rain. The rooms are nice and big. It's also nice that there are 2 conbinis right downstairs. But the food options nearby are also very good. 10/10 on all 3 of my stays here. "
