"Had an excellent stay. I was the only guest at the time and the staff were unbelievably friendly and courtesy. Made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself is wonderful, right on the water and walking distance to everything in Batroun. 10 star all the way."

"We booked for 4 days, price including breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel they said the restaurant is closed so they can't serve breakfast. Every time we call the reception no body answers.
