Very close to the beach but definitely not worth the 100€ per night considering the fact that the water in the shower didn’t drain - we had to wipe up the water with a mop every time afterwards and worse, the hosts even blamed our dog’s hair although it didn’t drain right from the start when our dog hadn’t even entered the shower yet (which we told them)! It was also very difficult to turn the keys of the doors (and again they blamed us to have broken it) and to find a parking lot. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans ce rez-de-chaussée, deux-pièces à deux pas de la mer,centre-ville et de toutes les commodités. Les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir à cet endroit.

Communication très facile avec le propriétaire qui est d'ailleurs très sympathique On peux tout faire à pied . plus besoin de toucher à la voiture 2 min de la plage L'appartement donne directement sur une place avec un peu de passage mais cela n'est pas très gênant. Le vrai souci viens du restaurant donc la sortie salarié donne sur la porte d'entrée du coup vous avez bruit + odeur + passage dés 8h le matin jusqu'à 23h Donc si vous souhaitez restez un peu calme ça sera le lundi quand ils sont fermés

Un très bon séjour
Nous avons passé 15 jours quasi parfaits dans ce logement qui est clairement un rapport qualité prix imparable ! Il est très bien placé : tout proche de la plage ( 10 m du premier escalier) , de la place du marché ( nous nous sommes nourris des huîtres du marché presque tous les jours), de tout en fait ! De très bons restaurants pas cher ( l’alpha fait les meilleurs Burgers du monde et très gros). Nous avons même pu aller chez une excellente coiffeuse ( elo coiff ) à moins de 5 minutes à pieds. La plage du courant est à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Moi l’asthmatique sévère j’ai pu y aller sans problème plusieurs fois. La vue est superbe : quel bonheur de se lever avec la mer et de se coucher avec elle. C’est une petite surface mais tout est très bien optimisé, une suggestion pour améliorer encore remplacer la table du salon par une table de camping pliante qui permettrait de manger dehors et d’être pliée pour la nuit ou étendre le linge. Certes, comme il y a une baie vitrée il fait chaud mais avec un ventilo ( fourni par le propriétaire), en aerant en ouvrant la baie vitré et la porte c’est très très très gérable. Nous avions amené le notre donc nous avions les deux espaces nuit climatisés. L’esplanade est fréquentée mais là encore ce n’est pas gênant car ce n’est pas Bercy ou le parc des princes . Seul mon ado s’est senti observé. Mais bon, on connaît tous les ados ! Autre avantage, le logement à beau être proche de tout, il est aussi placé de façon à pouvoir contourner la foule en prenant des rues parallèles à la rue principale si comme moi, la foule vous oppresse au bout d’un moment. On peut s’y sentir tranquille. Les propriétaires sont adorables ! J’ai beaucoup loué sur mimizan et je recommande cette location. Je reviendrai sûrement l’an prochain.

Ein paar Schritte bis zum Ozean und Strand ...
Un studio très simple mais pratique, confortable, à proximité des restaurants, cafés, commerces, de la plage, dans un superbere village. Pour les propriétaires de chiens, possibilité de laisser la porte ouverte de l’entrée qui donne sur la place avec une petite clôture pliable si nécessaire ! Propriétaires très sympathiques.

Emplacement et vue idéaux
Petit appartement fonctionnel, idéal pour trois ou 4 personnes. Le logement est face à la mer, à 10m de la 1ere entrée de plage, 100m du centre ville et sur une esplanade totalement piétonne. Prévoir un ventilo si vous dormez dans le clic clac car baie vitrée ! Photos non révélatrices car logement en rez de chaussée sur nouvelle esplanade + TV écran plat. Je ne m attendais pas à une telle différence entre photos et réalité ! Ce fut un excellent séjour !

Un séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement certes de petite taille mais convenant pour 3 personnes. La vue sur l'ocean est magnifique et la proximité au centre est également un très bon point. L'appartement est propre et fourni avec le nécessaire.

Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr nah zum Strand. Es ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Bett für weitere 2 Personen. Das Bad und WC sind getrennt. Im Badzimmer findet man eine funktionierende Waschmaschine. Die Küche bittet alles zum Kochen. In 5 Minuten erreicht man die Kaufpassagen mit einem gedeckten Wochenmarkt(Marche) , wo man frische Lebensmittel, wie Brot, Käse, Wein direkt von Herstellern, und gerade gefangenen Fisch kaufen kann. Unmenge von Restouranten und Cafés in der Nähe.
