Muy buena experiencia
La situación de la casa muy buena, ideal para salir andar en familia o salir a correr en entornos naturales y llanos. La casa amplia para comer 10 personas dentro y fuera en el porche. La chimenea estupenda para dar calor. Pero las cerillas que habian estaban muy humedas y no encendían. Lo único malo, una habitación que no dispone de pared ni puerta, sino que está junto al paso de la primera planta para bajar las escaleras. Utensilios de cocina, platos, etc, de sobra, muy bien.

Angenehmer Urlaub
Der Allgemeinzustand des Hauses war gut. Die neue Küche nebst Küchenutensilien und das neue Bad im Erdgeschoss großartig. Auch in Punkto Sauberkeit waren wir sehr zufrieden.In dem großen Garten konnte unser Hund sich nach herzenslust austoben. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war die Geräuschkulisse. An manchen Tagen himmlische Ruhe; an anderen Tagen Baulärm, Rasenmäher, open-air-Feier beim Nachbarn in Discolautstärke bis spät in die Nacht und der rege Verkehr trotz Sackgassenlage. Wahrscheinlich war dies auf das Vorhandensein einer Entenfarm oder Zucht ?, frois gras? am nahen See zurückzuführen. Anders konnten wir uns das häufige Hin- und Herfahren von kleinen Lieferwagen nicht erklären. Je nach Wetterlage (bei Westwind) machte auch die Papeterie von Mimizan durch ihren "Duft" auf sich aufmerksam. Gott sei Dank kam dies während unseres Aufenthaltes nur selten vor. Im Haus selber ist uns auch ein unangenehmer Geruch in die Nase gestiegen. Wahrscheinlich waren die alten Holzmöbel mit einem chemischen Mittel behandelt oder gestrichen worden. Der neue Terrassenbereich lädt zum Verweilen und Frühstücken oder Chillen ein. Insgesamt sind wir in diesem Haus einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

sèjour familial
nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle . nous avons apprécié la nouvelle terrasse et son grand abris qui nous a permis de rester dehors durant tout le séjour matin midi et soir ! la petite a bien profité du grand jardin clos . cependant il y a un petit bémol pour ce séjour , le fait que la maison qui jouxte cette location soit avec entrée et terrain commun , on est vraiment collé , nous avons eu la chance d'avoir des voisins très compréhensifs et sympathiques , mais je pense que nous avons du les déranger avec notre grande famille ! ce n'est pas vraiment noté dans l'annonce . la maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée mais la literie est à revoir , il est dommage qu'au prix de cette location les oreillers soient en morceaux de synthétique bas de gamme et que les matelas soient de très mauvaise qualité , ça gâche un peu le séjour quand même . un avis qui voudrait servir à faire évoluer la maison pour qu'elle soit vraiment super .

Mimizan-Plage mit eigenem Fahrzeug rasch erreichbar. Guter Erholungsort. Reichlich Platz vorhanden. 1 Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock ist offen, Intimsphäre nicht gewährleistet. Betreuungsservice durch Interhome sehr gut. Empfehlenswert ist der Strand (Plage-Süd). Parkplatzmöglichkeit direkt beim Strand (im Gegensatz zu Plage-Nord). Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Mimizan-Plage. Günstig Einkaufen bei Supermarkt xxx (xxx und xxx sind auch rasch erreichbar). Mimizan-Bourg hat einige Bäckereien, welche ab 06.00 Uhr offen haben.

agréable séjour
Location conforme à ce qui est écrit sur le site. Pas de mauvaise surprise. Cadre idéal pour les enfants (grand terrain). Seul désagrément, la maison située derrière cette location, mitoyenne. Si elle est louée par d'autres personnes en même temps, gros problème de voisinage je pense. Par contre, les deux maison louées par une même famille nombreuse : idéal.
