This bright, welcoming, and tranquil villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and is nestled within a beautifully landscaped 2000 sq.m. property in the charming village of Mimet. CASA Amanda offers a spacious yet cozy and familial atmosphere, making it ideal for a group of friends, several couples, or a large family.
The two-storey home features several large rooms with various bedding arrangements, including three double beds (140x190), two queen size beds (160x190) and two with one single bed (90x190). There are two bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, and the other with a shower, toilet, and bidet. The villa is equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including cable television and Wi-Fi internet.

Ideally situated between Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, the villa offers easy access to both cities, as well as many other charming villages, towns, and attractions in the Provence region. If you climb the hill of Mimet, the highest village in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, you mm enjoy the most stunning views: to the south, you can see the city of Marseille and the Mediterranean Sea, while to the north, there is a view of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire. It’s a short drive to Aix-en-Provence, a city famous for its art, culture, and its renowned annual Festival d’Art Lyrique, which attracts musicians and opera lovers from around the world. The villa is also close to Marseille, with its beautiful beaches and rich history.
Mimet is an ideal base for exploring the stunning region of Provence. A short drive southeast will take you to the Côte d'Azur, with its famous beaches and glamorous cities like Nice, Cannes, and Saint-Tropez. Nature lovers will enjoy visiting the Camargue delta, while history enthusiasts can explore the ancient town of Orange with its Roman theater, the Palais des Papes in Avignon, or the lavender fields of Senanque, to name just a few of the nearby attractions.
Please note that a car is necessary to reach the villa. The last 500 meters of the driveway is unpaved and quite bumpy, making it challenging for low-clearance cars.
