My spacious home spreads out over three levels on 1/3 acre in a quiet residential neighborhood and is about one mile from many downtown restaurants, bars, breweries, and entertainment venues. Having easy access to the freeway, it is a great location from which to travel throughout the greater Milwaukee area. It's a perfect place from which to explore the city, or to relax and enjoy the home and its amenities. Walkable access to downtown Milwaukee or just three minutes by car, Uber, Lyft or taxi.
My home has 6 bedrooms (with 7 beds = 2 king, 3 queen, and 2 twin XL), plus 1 additional double bed in the semi-private loft, and 2 single-sized convertible mattresses (good for kids). My home has 3 full bathrooms (1 on each level) and 1 half bathroom on the main level. There are multiple common areas, including a main level living room with seating for up to 15, a large kitchen with counter seating, a large dining room with seating for 12, and lower level game room with a couch and chairs. There is plenty of space!
This is my primary home, so it is fully equipped with all necessities. I have a fully stocked kitchen for you to use and I always provide coffee, tea, and hot chocolate as well.
The finished lower level rec room is complete with a TV, billiard table, foosball table, dartboard, air hockey and many board games, party games, and puzzles for all ages. Some exercise equipment (free weights and yoga mats) is available on the upper level loft.
The back patio provides additional gathering/seating space with a fenced-in, shaded patio with hot tub. A gas grill is available for your use, with grilling utensils in the kitchen. The patio area opens up to a large back yard with hammocks, room for our outdoor games like bags, bocce, and frisbee. Great for family and friend get-togethers!
I love my neighborhood, and for many reasons! My home is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, safe, and diverse residential neighborhood a mile outside of Downtown and Lower East Side. Many restaurants, bars, music and sports venues, and grocery stores are within a 5-minute drive. There is a brewery with arcade (Dead Bird), and a local coffee shop (Pilcrow) only 3 blocks away. It is a great downtown-adjacent location with a suburban feel.

For entry to the home there is a deadbolt with a personalized electronic security code. The personalized code may also be used by you for the 24-hour monitored home security system. If the home is set to “Armed Away” on the panel, the system will disarm when you enter your access code on the front lock when returning. The security system includes three security cameras which monitor the front of the home and the driveway, and back gate off of the driveway.
You may park six+ vehicles on the new driveway depending on their size. Be sure to pull up and not block or obstruct the sidewalk that crosses the driveway. Per an agreement with neighbors, street parking is not permitted. If additional parking is needed for registered guests you must reach out to me ahead of time. (If you find that vehicles do not fit on driveway without obstructing sidewalk, you may temporarily park on street and contact me to make other arrangements.) Be sure to remove all valuables from your vehicle as is recommended for all cities.
Check-in is after 3pm on your arrival date and check-out is before 11am on your departure date.
Early check-ins and late check-outs:
Persons may request in advance to extend the house rental times, when available, at a rate of $50/hour or a partial-day negotiated amount, payable in advance of your stay. Due to cleaning and other scheduled items late check-outs are charged $100 per hour or portion of an hour. If you have a flight or travel plans that conflict with these times please let us know, whenever possible we will assist with luggage storage, etc. You can also request modifications to your arrival and check out times free of charge closer to your stay and if the schedule permits I will be happy to accommodate you.
