Sleeps up to 30 people comfortably, there's karaoke pool table and so much more.

This is a three-story duplex, with a seven car driveway. There are two full apartments in the house. The upper two bedroom one bath apartment, the lower apartment is also two bedroom one bath apartment.
I do require a minimum of 14 people to book the entire house as it easily accommodate up to 30 people.
Both apartments have fully equipped kitchens and bathroom on each floor three dining rooms three living rooms three bathrooms awesome for large groups plenty of games pool table ping pong air hockey, darts and many board games provided as well.
Located within 15 minutes or less to all the wonderful events festivals sporting games at Milwaukee has to offer.

Property not as described, uncommunicative host
We were unable to check in until several hours after the check in time due to a plumbing issue the host did not proactively communicate about. Host did not use the entry keypad code they requested we set. The listing indicated 7 bedrooms for a total of 2 king beds, 1 queen, 10+ twin beds, and additional futons. On arrival there was only 1 double bed, 10 twin beds, a couple of futons. We had to make alternate accommodations for half our group. The host did not respond to outreach at all the first night regarding the beds, and did not provide a solution on day 2. Listing had washer dryer, but there wasn’t any. House overall smelled strongly of cigarettes, is heavily cluttered, and poorly maintained. Host stated they would discount after the check in issues, and now refused.

Great Spot For Large Groupd
We had a wonderful time during our stay here. Our group had 25 people and everyone had a place to sleep that was not on the floor. Barbara was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend staying here!

We were kicked out at 4:30am. There were members drinking and the host expressed concerns. We intended to clean the home and leave it as we found it, but instead had to wake everyone up and leave. We do not live near the home, and were required to drive a very long time on little sleep. I would have paid extra service fees, but the host was non-negotiable.

40th High School Reunion
We needed a house that could accommodate a lot of people and this fit the bill perfectly. We were a bunch of 58 year olds, coming from all areas of the country. Some stayed at area hotels and a bunch of us stayed at Barbara’s house. And then the house served as the hub for our activities the rest of the weekend. Barbara was a great host and answered all of our questions. My only downgrade was the absence of a grill and I think she fixed that in her listing now.

Great stay!
We booked this stay with a larger group ~25 and there was plenty of room to sleep and hang out! Everything was very homey and clean. The backyard area was a great space for an outdoor gathering and fun. Barbara is an incredibly kind and accommodating host, could not recommend booking this property with her more!
