Property was nice and clean. Felt safe. Thermostat did not send signal to PTAC my room was SO warm. Even after turning off the system it woukd still cycle on and blow hot air into my room. Otherwise great.

First night, room had not been serviced, we were immediately given another room. Hablé was made available for laundry. Detergent was offered. Breakfast was good. Great experience. Needed a room an additional night. Was taken care of immediately. Haven’t been reimbursed the $100 deposit. Just waiting on that.
