I was in milwaukee for business, stayed at the hotel before and had a great experience. However i was running to a meeting and asked for a later check out for like 30mins. Front desk operator asked me my room information and then said no, because i used a 3rd party to reserve my room, only members can get a late checkout. I tried calling the front desk at 6am, but the phone didnt work, no dial tone, no service, no static nothing, my nightstand was dirty, my shower wall was filthy, soap dispenser was empty, offered free breakfast, but was limitied to what you could get/choose from, just was not a good weekend stay for me. Never will check back in to this Holiday Inn

we checked in and the shower had soap and hair from a previous guest housekeeping came but didn’t remove the soap. Towels had hair on them and when asked for new towels the front desk clerk didn’t want to exchange them. I would never stay at another holiday day inn ever!!

Front Desk Reception was good. I was required to deposit $150 via credit card for incidentals but there was no mini bar in the room so that was confusing. The room was tidy however the shower had streaks of dirt all over the walls! Didn't discover this til I returned to the room at 10pm that evening. Also, the shower soap bottle was empty. No one was there to clean it but us. I wondered if they bed sheets were even changed as I saw both fitted sheets were inside out. Ugh. Also, I had requested no feather bedding but all the pillows save for 1 had feathers. When I called reception that evening explaining I needed non-feather pillows he insisted that was all they had 3 separate times til I told him we do actually have 1 polyfill then he said he didn't have anymore. A55hole. The morning breakfast cook was very accomodating and tried to keep the area clean. Food was good. Common area was super cold though. Think it was about 55/60 degress F.

The breakfast and the guy who ran the kitchen was amazing!! The floor we stayed on smelled like Marijuana. The shower floor was dirty and there was only a half roll of toilet paper and two tissues. We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned and items not restocked. There isnt much for food in the immediate area, especially in the evening.
