Convenient location downtown. Plenty of parking around. Basic room, pillows were really uncomfortable to me so it was hard to sleep. Pool and hot tub were closed(one of the main reasons we were staying was to enjoy that) so that was kind of lame. Front desk agent was very polite and greeted us every time we left and came back. Would consider staying again if i bring my own pillow and the pool opens back up

Location was good; room was clean. Room #902. But the room had no windows! When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted a upper-floor room or lower-floor, and I asked for upper-floor for the view! We had to walk around a corner in our room and down a short hall to see out underneath a fire escape. Also, the room had no soap, only shampoo, conditioner, etc.

We loved the breakfast in the morning and the friendliness of the staff. We were able to walk to our venue and take in the sites around the property. The beds were very comfortable!

The beds were not that comfortable and for being on the 8th floor, we had a not so great view out of our window of the fire escapes, electrical equipment and top of the parking lot. We felt a bit like we were in jail. Also, the pool area needed more chairs and a clock, so you knew how long you were in the pool. The breakfast was pretty good, typical hotel buffet fare. Attendant was friendly and attentive. Overall, not bad for the location and the price.

This property in desperate need of updating. Carpet dirty and worn,fixtures worn,toilets are squatty pottys. Our room had non working ac was so hot had to change rooms. Big piles of laundry left in hallway. Very disappointed.
