The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. Please note the living room has a loveseat which is not recommended as a sleeping area due to its compact size.

Parking:

- Free daytime street parking is available on Cramer St a block east
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Cramer St and on Murray Ave, but not allowed on Locust St
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights including Saturday which isn't enforced). Just call the city on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a remote confirmation in 5-10 minutes. For more info, search online for "Milwaukee night parking permission" and choose the first result
- If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

- There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the central location of the property. Disposable ear plugs and white noise machines are provided for guests just in case.

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability
