"This was a great little home for the 3 night stay we had. Best for only 2 to 4 people. Only my husband and I stayed the nights, but my daughter and her husband visited and one of the nights they cooked dinner for us there. It was a little challenging due to the small kitchen, dining, living area but we made it work. The kitchen is well stocked to serve at least 4 people and has all the necessary appliances. We didn't use the stackable washer/dryer, but it is a convenient amenity if needed.The bed mattresses are all firm, just the way we like them. We didn't stay in the twin/trundle, but did lay on it to see the mattress firmness and they were more firm than the king size bed mattress upstairs. We slept VERY comfortably, even through the bed frame sways quite a bit with the slightest movement. It didn't bother us though. We felt a little like we were on a boat. HaHa! The RV park where it is located is kept so nice and clean. The pool area, recreation barn and small store are great. We didn't use the pool since it was chilly outside, but it is very clean and has plenty of lounge chairs. The fire pit behind the cabin is also nice. The location is away from the major nearby cities, but close enough to drive to any of them within 20 minutes. It is also just down the road from Hamilton pool park and other parks. The property manager, Norma, was a delight to talk to and made sure we knew that she was available if we needed anything at all.We would definitley stay again! "

"This house is amazing! The house is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. We particularly appreciated the location - close to other family and to Angel's, a favorite spot for lunch/dinner or just hanging out. Hoping to return so we can use the pool because the hot tub was so enjoyable - at night looking up to the big sky and bright stars. Great place for a family gathering."

"The property was just as described. Robin was very helpful from answering questions before I booked to pointing out helpful information in the guestbook when we arrived. I doubted we'd use the outdoor shower, but it turned out to be quite the experience. The property itself was ideal for our extended Thanksgiving getaway with our two teenage boys, in-laws, and dogs. The layout of the home is perfect, offering plenty of space for everyone to gather in the great room (which includes the kitchen, living, and dining areas) while also providing the option to retreat to one of the four bedrooms, each with its own full bath. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, plates, and utensils for preparing meals. The outdoor space has plenty of seating and a cozy fire pit for toasting marshmallows. Additionally, the fully fenced yard allowed our dogs to roam freely and explore. If you're looking for the perfect place to unwind in the Hill Country, with easy access to day trips into Austin, this is the ideal spot."
