LEYA`S SECRET TREASURE - 3 BD, 2.5 BA - Sleeps 10 - Steps from the beach!

Beautiful Broadkill Beach house located 3rd house from the water. This house features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & 2,500 SF of space. The 1st floor is open concept with kitchen, dining and living rooms with a cathedral ceiling and LOTS and LOTS of windows! Directly off the kitchen is a small deck with gas grill and small table and chairs. The other end of the room leads you to a larger deck two lounge chairs and big swing. Down the hallway you'll find a nice sized bedroom, full bathroom and a very spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and gas fireplace. The 2nd floor features a loft with a sitting area perfect for reading. This is the BEST SPOT in the house as it has a huge picture window with panoramic views of the Delaware Bay. Right off the loft is another bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.

LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.

The house was amazing with high end features. Plenty of room for all of us. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. There can be a lot of mosquitos but we came prepared with bug spray so all was well. Perfect family vacation.

A beautiful property with all the amenities we could need. Foodies will love the kitchen - quality appliances and all the tools you need to make fun vacation meals and more. Fantastic House
Absolutely beautiful home only steps from the beach. We could not have been happier with the condition of the house and its location. The bunk room was great for kids and the living areas were open and spacious for hanging out. The house was well stocked with new appliances and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, fishing poles, etc. to have have a wonderful time at the beach.

Our family had a great week at 8 Texas Avenue. The house is gorgeous and comes with a lot of thoughtful amenities. It's just a short walk to the beach. Great communication with the host with an easy check-in/out procedure. We highly recommend this property and would rent it again.

Great house in a great location
This is a wonderful, clean, well stocked house in a great location. Very quiet and relaxing with a very short walk to the beach. Loved the kitchen, deck, and full sized washer dryer. The entryway was great to keep beach bags etc. and having extra sand chairs was also very nice. I did reach out twice to ask about a clogged toilet and the very low water pressure in the outdoor shower but only received a reply about the toilet which was already resolved. I wish the pet fee was a deposit rather than a fee as $300 is a lot. I realize some dogs can be rambunctious and have accidents and ruin things, but my dog is not one of those. Some properties charge much less. Obviously it was worth it for me to bring him since I chose to pay it but I’m not sure I’d pay the fee again.
