"If you're looking for something super simple, clean, with access to a kitchen, and you are on a budget, this is the place! My room had a desk and a bed with access to a small private bathroom. The host and other guests are very respectful. My room didn't have a window to the outside but if you're here for a short time or are expecting to be out most of the day anyway, this isn't a problem at all. Highly recommend. I will be staying here when in Toronto from now on."

"Stay away at all costs. Me and my friend have stayed in this accommodation for 2 nights and each night I have woken up with bed bug bites on my neck and head. Until the owner decides to throughly clean the bathroom, rooms and beds in general I would highly avoid staying here. There is little to no privacy since one of the rooms is half separated by a flimsy wall and therefore any movement is easily heard That being said the price is fair and no safety concerns at all. "Good value for money. Two bathrooms are shared with nine or 10 bedrooms/guests, so no issue with that. Room #2 is beside one of the bathrooms, so the folks having a 6:00 AM shower will wake you up."

"The microwave was too dirty. The place smells like indian food and it makes our clothes smell like food. There are charges if we dont bring the trash bags outside. So we have to bring it with us in the car and throw it somewhere else. There is no temperature control which makes us really cold the entire stay. "
