"It was more comfortable than I taught. For the price of each night, it exceeded it. A walking distance to the train station. It’s clean, easy to locate. Direction on how to access the building was clear. The room was sizeable, although it a shred bath and toilet, they were clean. I will recommend if you are staying a night or two."

"The interior decoration of this property is so elegant and chic it’s lovely. The garden view with spring flowers blooming was gorgeous as well. All the amenities were great; washer/dryer combo worked well, the dishwasher was excellent and there were pods under the sink. The home office looked like it hadn’t been used but it has lots of potential. "The Orchard is a fantastic property. The place is shiny new with top fixtures and a lovely layout that is comfortable but also blends in with the strongly bucolic spirit of the region. We didn't mind the lack of tv as it encouraged us to really venture out and explore the Cotswolds. "The property is well situated - Plantation Road is a lovely little street with one of the best pubs in Oxford as one of its jewels. This property would be perfect for those wanting to explore Oxford proper. Further, because the two bedrooms are subterranean they would remain cool in the summers in our opinion. "

"Terrific location, with comfortable beds, great showers and clean bathrooms. The kitchen could use some additional glasses, cooking/baking pots. and rugs need an uplift.It would be helpful to have the TV connect, with personal log in with Netfixs and other services.All in all we enjoyed our stay, and the large room was wonderful to entertain my grandchildren. "Our hosts were very helpful and quick to respond when I had a few questions. The unit was what we needed, comfortable and space for everyone to spread out. The location was wonderful, we were out walking every day to see what we were interested in, didn’t need an Uber once, And if a bus was needed, the stations were very close."

"This property is ideally located on the river at the Henley Bridge. It is within walking distance of the town and restaurants. Henley is a nightmare for parking but the owner provided parking passes which made the issue much easier. The property is old and as such does have some quirky features in the layout and with all the bedrooms upstairs could be an issue for elderly visitors. But overall we enjoyed the stay, the house was comfortable and any issues we did have were helpfully resolved by...
