"Same experience as the above reviews. If it wasn’t that our son was in Edinburgh fringe we would never have endured the smell and dirt, there was no alternative available. After complaining we did appreciate getting a partial refund from the host. The money that was not returned was VRBO’s portion and I plan to argue for that too.
