Main-floor and upper-level living areas have sofas and smart TVs for flexible home comfort and entertainment. There's even a foosball table in the upstairs living area for an added touch of fun. The stainless steel kitchen includes all the major appliances and counter space you need for easy at-home meal prep. Additional perks include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Things to Know
Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
For a $175 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a keyfob with which to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by Vacasa at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five and under do not require a wristband.
Reservations made within 22 days of arrival will not have access to the community amenities.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
