Find peace and beauty at Water's Edge. Immerse yourself in stillness, wind down and enjoy the sunsets and the colorful beauty of the bay! Whether it's your morning coffee on the front porch or afternoon cocktails on the back deck, you are surrounded by water in this stunning home. Located at Pot-Nets Bayside, this spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is beautifully decorated. Enjoy large family gatherings in the open living/dining area, while sitting cozy by the fireplace. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).

PET POLICY: This unit is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it in your reservation or call our reservationist.

We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year.

Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat; average water depth is 4 feet at low tide.

The stove had burners that were not set up properly. With propane if the burners not set up correctly a carbon mixture appears could be Dangerous, ruined a pot of ours4. Disappointed in barbecue grill very dirty5. Furniture in the living room was great6. The bedroom with the 4 small twin beds were not the best. Our suggestion is put 2 queen beds and a Bunkbed in that room instead of 4 small twin beds7. I would appreciate a refund on the cleaning if possible. - I only mention these items because I know the owners would want to know so thing can be corrected. Because if I owned a great place like this I would want make the stay for my clients perfect. 8. If the above items were corrected ,we would book again. 9. Not up to expectations for brand new home.
Upon arrival, we noticed a small amount of sand on the carpet in entry and that windows were very dirty. After walking on the floors, our socks/feet were filthy. I did call the property manager about the dirty floors, and she had cleaning service come back. The home’s air conditioning temperature was 75-76, which was especially hot for our 2 dogs. When I called the property manager, her response was that she knows that sometimes it’s hard for the units to keep up in the hotter temperatures. The temperatures were high 80s. Being the home is brand new, I wouldn’t expect that to be a problem and felt she should have had someone come out to check the air conditioners. The location was great, except I didn’t realize the home was next to a parking lot for the marina. For the amount of money we spent, we won’t be going back.
