Attached balcony with breakfast table and 2 person chaise lounge overlooking 1st fairway of Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. Nigerian Wenge (DarK) Hardwood floors in Main Living area and berber carpeting in bedrooms. Tiled floors complete the baths. Master bath has stand-up shower and full jet bath tub. Kitchen has brand new stainless appliances, including refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Great times at this vacation location.
The condo was an excellent place for my family to call home-away-from-home. It is spacious with a kitchen that has everything you need to cook for a family. Combine that with entertainment, amenities that can't be beat, and location to the ocean make this the perfect vacation location. The owner was a treasure with his helpfulness! We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful weather in November
I agree with an earlier review that pictures don't do this place justice! We had wonderful weather in November and took advantage of it by walking and biking all over the property: pier, fishing dock, and nature trails. We especially enjoyed sunset from the pier. Keith was an excellent and responsive host. One thing that isn't in the description though is that it is a gated community so you need a pass to get in.

This is such a safe and beautiful community! And Keith is an excellent host ! I had to book this home very last minute and Keith helped to make sure everything was set for my stay because my original Vrbo got cancelled on me with a different host. The communication was great and anything or any questions i had Keith was able to help and answer within mins! Can't wait to stay here in the future ! Thanks again !

The Peninsula still doesn’t disappoint
Stayed at a similar condo at The Peninsula about 10 years ago. The community is a quiet, upscale, resort-type place with wonderful amenities for the whole family with nature trails, golf, sandy beach wave pool, indoor and outdoor pools, kids club with ping pong/air hockey, tennis, pickleball, mini golf, kayaking, restaurants and a small bay beach. Only thing missing is a coffee and ice cream shop. As for the condo, Keith was a very responsive host. He quickly responded to my questions and concerns pertaining to cleaning and linens. The condo was located on the 3rd floor of one of the furthest back buildings in the Windswept section, with screened balcony porch facing the 1st green (view obscured by trees, but great if you like privacy). We were a bit further back this time so needed to drive or bike to the pool area, but could definitely walk it, just very hot that weekend in the 90s. Bring your own bikes if possible as the resort’s rentals were in very poor condition (they were aware and hopefully plan to replace, so maybe call ahead and check). Although the drive to Rehoboth from The Peninsula ’could’ be 25 minutes, because of traffic, it is more often anout 40 minutes. Friends also recommended Henlopen State Park beach as an alternative to Rehoboth’s crowded beach. If you are looking for a quieter, less crowded summer vacation, The Peninsula is perfect, and you can still get some beach time. We’ll be back. Thanks for hosting our family, Keith.

Great haven from the tourist traps
This property is in a great gated community a short 30 minute drive from Dewey Beach. The 30 minute drive is worth every minute to return to a quiet evening after a day in the tourist traps. Keith is a great host and extremely responsive, not that we found anything to complain about. We will be back!

Moldy Condo
We arrived for our 4 night stay to enjoy our sons wedding. Upon arrival Thursday afternoon I spent the first 3 hours buying and installing light bulbs in both bathrooms and the kitchen. There was hair in the bedrooms and in the shower stalls. The air vents were black on the outside from mold. I cleaned it up with bleach but it returned after the first night. The duct work is obviously filled with mold. My wife spent the last 3 nights with itchy eyes and a persistent cough thanks to the environment in our condo. We also had to sleep in the spare room because the 6 blade ceiling fan in the master bedroom only had 5 blades on it so we couldn't use it for fear that it would vibrate off the ceiling. I can't believe that you actually advertise these condos as first class accommodations and deceive customers like this. This weekend was carefully planned out for our sons wedding. I'm glad the rest of the plans worked out better than our condo stay!

A gem
Lovely place and Keith is just wonderful to work with. My career is in hotel marketing, so I am used to using specific techniques like the choice of lens and inserting supplemental lighting to make a room look bigger than it actually is. So I usually expect the actual space won't look quite as good as it did in the phographs. Not here! The place was both larger and nicer than it appears in the photographs. Mattresses are great, well-stocked kitchen with some niceties you wouldn't expect at a rental (like a wine saver!) plenty of linens, a large screened in porch with a table and seating for four. And the resort has nice ammenities if you'll be spending a day or two on property. Overall a great experience, we'd love to return.

Great condo and community
The Peninsula is a beautiful community with lots of amenities. My family loved the pools, especially the wave pool. On Friday night they had music by the adult pool, which was nice to listen to while we were at the wave pool. We had breakfast at the restaurant by the pool and that was also good. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay and Keith was great to communicate with. We hope to return when we can spend more time enjoying the amenities.
