Memories made at the beach last a lifetime! Located at the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this lovely home features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Enjoy the marina view from the open porch and entertain in the spacious living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. Take a short walk to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. A great location for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).

We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year.

PET POLICY: This unit is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per night per pet/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist.

Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat; average water depth is 4 feet at low tide.

We loved the house! It was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for people, car and golf cart watching! The beach was so quiet and clean. The only issue we had was the shower drain in the master suite drained very slow. Would definitely consider visiting again! It had everything that you needed.

We had the best time! This house was perfect. Great size, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and beautiful porch. Perfect location right next to Paradise and the bay beach (short walk or golf cart ride) and about 30mins from Rehoboth boardwalk. We hope to be back !

Very comfortable house for a family. Great location close to beach, boat slip and paradise grill. Loved the golf cart! Could use more drawer space in bedrooms…also, an electric kettle would be handy for people who prefer drinking tea as opposed to coffee.

If I could buy this house as is I would and move in today. Very nice/clean/comfortable house. The community is amazing/ house comes with golf car there is a little beach, playground and very nice restaurant a must eat. You won't find a better experience then here.

Family Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed! We drove easily into Rehoboth for shopping and meals. The property is fun and the golf cart was an added bonus. We would imagine that this area is awesome in the summer months. We hit it on the off-season, so it was very quiet. Still perfect for what we were looking for—time away and exploring a new place with our family! We would recommend a new mattress in the master bedroom. It was dipping a ton and made for a few rough nights of sleep, honestly. Thanks for a great trip overall!

Short spring break get away. Property is a little further from the beach but nice. Small issues like broken trash can and tub that wouldn’t hold water, however I think boat owners would like this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Beachwalk, despite the weather. The house was very clean and well decorated. The open sitting area was a great place to relax. This seems like a great place to come during warmer months, especially if you’re going to be boating. The included golf cart is a nice touch. I had to take it for a test drive even though it was cold and rainy our entire stay. Like others have said, the internet is not reliable. We had no problem connecting to the wifi in the house, but half the time it did not have any connection to the internet. I was able to use my phone as a hotspot. Hopefully this gets figured out, but it is something to be aware of if reliable internet is an important part of your stay.

Perfect location!
We were extremely happy with the whole package! The house was perfect in size, bedrooms, bathrooms, large open concept, it smelled so "clean" when we walked in. Loved the amenities that Pot Nets provides such as the pool, beach, golf cart, Paradise Grill, the walking areas, the whole vibe was just what our family enjoys & needed, pet friendly as well. We were able to visit Rehoboth Beach and Fenwick State Park for day trips. This was definitely a trip we would love to plan again. Thanks for some great memories!
