Rent this spacious, well-appointed house in the Veranda neighborhood of the Peninsula Community outside Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Everything you will need for a great stay. Sleeps 12. Chef's kitchen. Gas Grill and Fireplace. So much to do in the Peninsula neighborhood. Swim, golf, hike, tennis, basketball, work-out. Great restaurant. 20 minutes to Rehoboth Beach, fabulous restaurants, and outlets.

*PRICES FOR AMENITIES*

In Season (May 27 - Sept 5)
- Weekly pass: $100 for adult (16+), $47 for child (6-15)
- Daily pass: $15 weekday / $25 Fri & Sun for adult, $8 weekday / $10 Fri & Sun for child

Off Season (Sept 6 - May 26)
- Weekly pass: $51 for adult, $30 for child
- Daily pass: $10 for adult, $5 for child

These fees exclude golf fees. Tennis and pickleball courts must be reserved prior to use with a $10 charge for in season and $5 for off season. This will allow 90 to 120 minutes of court time. Max 2 reservations per day. During the in-season, the fitness and pool facilities are closed to renters on Saturdays.

Thanksgiving vacation
Solid property. Furnishings at minimum in some rooms, for example, no coffee table on one side of BR upstairs and only one chair in Master bedroom… had to bring dining room chairs upstairs. Clean dishes were left in dishwasher instead of put away. TV remote did not work, but house manager gave a new right away. First floor BR had glass door, so limited privacy. Good property, but bare bones in many respects.

Great vaca!
3 families, from grandparents to 3 1/2 year old twins, had great time. The house was big enough for all 12 of us, we loved the pools and was not too far to beaches. Also enjoyed biking on bikes provided by owner. Air conditioning wasn't performing well, luckily son-in-law is HVAC guy, said just needed new filters, simple fix, didn't bother the owner and air flowed cool after. Everyone agreed it was great house, great location and great vacation.

Our family just spent a week at this beautiful home and we loved our stay! The house was spacious and well stocked. We loved the decks/screened in porch. The property was wonderful! Exactly as described! The house was very clean and well stocked. The only downfall was it was about a 40 minute drive to the beach with traffic. The amenities were very nice. My grandchildren loved the wave pool and the indoor pool.

We enjoyed the private beach. We played mini golf and corn hole. The hot tub and sauna along with the indoor pool was all amazing. We walked the trails that are around the gated community. Great vacation.

Perfect House For Parent's 60th Wedding Anniversay
Very specious, well stocked house. We had 10 adults that spent 4 nights at the house. There was plenty of room, bedding, pillows and linen for everyone. My 80 year old parents entered the house through the garage to avoid all the steps to the front door. The house has a lot of knooks to give people a break from family when needed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. The neighbor was extremely friendly. I definitely will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect space for a large family
This property is clean, nicely furnished, state of the art televisions and appliances. The layout is perfect for a large family group as the many porches and many rooms make it easy to have the option of being together or relaxing in private.

Lovely, spacious and well maintained home.
We stayed for two weeks with 8 adults and 3 children and my only recommendations to the property are to add a couple of towel racks to the bathrooms and additional shelves or draws for clothing. Otherwise a great property in a great location.

The house was gorgeous. There was everything you could possibly need for the week. Pool table was an added bonus. It was a nice walk everyday to the clubhouse. The only issue we had was not being able to regulate the thermostat in the bedroom near the washer and dryer. It was very hot but the room across was ice cold. We tried adjusting it but it didn't work. Other than the ac issue it was very nice.
