"The staff was very helpful and the stay was very good and clean"

"Fantastic location, really welcoming staff. I had requested a high floor and this was accommodated, I had a lovely view of the monument from my pillow and the room was quiet and warm. It was looking tired around the edges however and there was only a plug socket at one side of the bed which was inconvenient. Hotel info (wifi, check out time etc) was on the inside of the key card but this wasn’t point out and unfortunately we missed it until we collected it to return on check out. Tea and coffee...

"The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was a little dirty around the bath taps the paint on the door frame needed to be repainted and it had the odd mark on the carpet."

"Beautiful new hotel within walking distance to all major sites & right next to train station. Super friendly & helpful staff. Complimentary champagne on arrival is a lovely touch, as is the free mini bar & snacks in room, not often offered by hotels nowadays! Our room was clean & cosy with all mod cons. Stunning views from 7th floor bar. Loved our stay, thank you :)"

"The drive up to the hotel was stunning , We loved the old style of the hotel absolutely beautiful. Our room 169 was very spacious and welcoming. Food was top notch what we had although more choice chicken,pasta ect.Breakfast was brilliant plenty to choose from. Staff very welcoming and always on hand to help.Looking forward to returning . "
