I rented this cottage to go fishing. i don't know what all the weed in the water was, but i was not able to fish. however, this was a fantastic deal and I loved the house.

A great place for a fisherman!
My son and I found ourselves at Lake Sinclair for a fishing tournament I qualified for and we needed a place to stay, house the boat and gear, make food, and had hot water. This place was a perfect little get-a-way spot, worked out fantastically! Very clean, had all that a person or two needs to have a good stay with fishing in mind. Would book again!

The best thing about this stay was the location at the lake. The place was cute and small. The furniture could be updated both inside and outside. It was a lot better than a motel room.

It was a perfect size for me two of us. The view was magnificent. Each morning I sat and looked out the picture window straight out on the lake. Convenience of the boat house and two docks made it nice having our boat ready to go every day. We will be back hopefully.

Amazing Stay
This precious hone sleeps 4 comfortably a d was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and everything was well put together and very ean when we arrived. The fishing from the dock was so much fun and we caught quite a few fish. The only suggestion os a larger TV and or to fix the sound on the current TV. Otherwise, we had a delightful stat and would love to stay at this location again.

All was very good and no complaints. House was clean and comfortable. Weather was bad but that just Mother Nature and not any reflection on the rental. Like was close to stores and restaurants. Will def rent again in the future.

House was clean. Needs updating,microwave interior rusty, needed another dish towel and bathing wash rags. Living room ceiling showed possible water leak, and master bathroom light did not work. All the items of concern we reported to contact host. Nice view of lake and close to groceries. Overall we give it 3.5 to 4.

Location was great, convenient to stores and downtown Milledgeville. Needs a little work inside. Bug problem not resolved. Bed sizes not as advertised. Would stay there again for right price. Outside, grass needs to be cut and boat house needs to be cleaned.

The property is nice for a family. Enjoyed the dock for fishing. The hill is a good workout lol. The A/C is A+. Overall a great location. Would stay there again in the future.
