Enjoy a lake front home in a quiet cove on beautiful Lake Sinclair. Conveniently located in Milledgeville, Ga with shopping and restaurants minutes away. Bring your boat or jet skis and use the covered boat slip. Later sit on the back deck and fire up the chiminea with your favorite drink or try some s’mores or roasted hot dogs on the fire pit. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a non refundable $150 pet deposit

Cozy Lake House
Loved it. We enjoyed Thanksgiving weekend here. A lovely place to hold my adult kids comfortably with plenty of space to watch football and enjoy the lake views. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, fenced yard to keep kids and pets safe and out of the lake. Nice boat dock and deck to enjoy sunsets and morning coffee. Will definitely return and share with family.
