The apartment is tucked into a suburban house in a quiet neighborhood close to useful amenities, Mount Tamalpais and local hiking trails, world class mountain and road biking. Take a five minute walk up the hill to a trail system that wanders along the ridge and boasts big views of San Francisco and the Oakland Bay Bridge.
Street parking is easily available. There are 15 steps down to the unit. There is free wifi and Netflix and a DVD player but there is no cable TV. The kitchen is well appointed with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee maker.
