Cozy Studio In The Hills Of Mill Valley.

Studio apartment with full kitchen and bath located in Mill Valley. This cute apartment, is conveniently located and makes a great home base from which to stage your bay area vacation. We are close to downtown Mill Valley, Sausalito and Larkspur, 15 minutes to the Golden Gate Bridge, 30 minutes to Muir Woods and Stinson Beach, and 1 hour to Napa. The apartment is tucked into a suburban house in a quiet neighborhood close to useful amenities, Mount Tamalpais and local hiking trails, world class mountain and road biking. Take a five minute walk up the hill to a trail system that wanders along the ridge and boasts big views of San Francisco and the Oakland Bay Bridge.

Street parking is easily available. There are 15 steps down to the unit. There is free wifi and Netflix and a DVD player but there is no cable TV. The kitchen is well appointed with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee maker.

A perfect getaway just outside of Mill Valley.

This fit everything I was looking for, was a great location with a nice deck and great view. We enjoyed our 8 day stay, and would do it again. For two people staying longer than a couple of days, and cooking in the studio, more small pans and microwave dishes would be helpful.

The studio is very comfortable, the deck is divine, and the location is fantastic. Such easy access to trails, a short walk to Whole Foods and Rite Aid. This is a wonderful place!

Great little quiet studio up in the hills of Mill Valley. Beautiful deck overlooking the area and the bay. Cozy, but has most everything necessary. My only complaint is that it wasn't terribly clean. The area rug hadn't been vacuumed and there were cobwebs in various places. Normally, I can live with that, but since I paid an $85 cleaning fee (which I assume the previous renter paid as well), it would be nice to have it clean.

Wonderful stay in Marin
We came to Marin and went to a Giants game. The studio was very clean eat and had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. Very close to shopping and groceries. Perfect for the two of us! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Plenty of space in the unit which is located below the mainhouse down two flights of stairs. Nice balcony and view. Good location in Mill Valley as not far from the 101 and a drive into the city. Very quiet and respectful hosts.
