Beautiful luxury apartment 3 blocks above town. 2bd 2 ba

Light and bright lower apartment unit with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Greenery seen from every window . High-end furnishings. Built in 1907,and
many details have been refurbished but modern appliances have been added. This apartment has a private sunny deck with a barbecue and eating area. Full size washer and dryer in the unit. The unit is below a single-family home. It has its own entrance with 16 stairs from the carport down to the apartment. We are quiet and keep to ourselves. Unless you need something we won't see each other. The quickest route to town is down a long public stairway. Driving takes 3 minutes. Small housetrained quiet dogs allowed with $500 fee and seperate agreement.

Quiet, Stylish, and Comfortable Stay
Kelly's place was really lovely. Would highly recommend. Clean and well decorated, with all the amenities we needed. The location was super ideal; walking distance to downtown (yes, there is a significant uphill/downhill, but it was totally manageable). Comfy beds and quiet at night. Note that street parking can be a little tricky if you have more than one car.

Perfect Mill Valley Getaway
We loved our stay at 100 Summit- the pictures showcased the bright, clean and pretty space. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. The kitchen was great for cooking Bfast which we ate on the cute patio. The town of Mill Valley was just down a bunch of steps and we were walking distance from all the wonderful shops, restaurants and coffee houses. Communication with Kelly was easy and helpful. We will definitively stay here again when we come back!
