"Life House Berkshires looks great, but no one actually works there. Or at least that's how it seemed during our stay. I never got the welcome text they said I would get to be able to communicate with staff. I called the 800 number once to try to get someone and couldn't get a person. I finally did get a person the next time I tried that number and that was to tell them that when we came back for the day after housekeeping had been there, our sink was clogged with muddy water. Not sure if it was...

The free breakfast buffet was a plus. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Our suite was spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely be back. Very conveniently located Minutes from the mall and many, many restaurants. "
