This charming 3400 sq. ft. home is the perfect gathering place for families, wedding groups, and getaway weekends with friends. Located in a quiet country setting just 10 minutes from Mill Creek, the unique property is also 20 minutes from the charming town and wedding hub of Snohomish, and the tasteful delights of the Woodinville Wine Country. Every inch of this home was remodeled with comfort and beauty in mind to ensure your visit is relaxing and filled with joyful memories.

Our property SLEEPS up to 11 people, and also offers unparalleled LIVING space in the Mill Creek, Snohomish, Woodinville area. From the large gourmet kitchen and 10' island with 6 stools, large rustic dining table that seats 10, living room, basement bonus room, outdoor patio with BBQ, to the reading chairs in every bedroom, and comfy seating on the front porch; we offer the perfect combination of togetherness and personal space. Older guests will appreciate two of the four bedrooms and two of our three bathrooms are main level, and each bathroom has a walk-in shower. Younger guests will enjoy the toys, air hockey table, gaming system and board games. For travelers who need to "work from home", we offer 3 desk areas throughout the house, and speedy mesh wi-fi. You'll also find convenient Level-2 electric vehicle charging.

The tranquil setting is just 10 minutes away from city amenities, restaurants and services. Our country chic Cottage is truly the best of both worlds! We look forward to being your hosts!

Wonderful home to enjoy for the uolidays
Connie did an amazing job hosting us. She was there to answer any questions we had throughout the stay. The house was stocked with anything we could need. They have really thought of everything. Our kids loved it, the family loved it, even my husband who loves to cook was impressed by what the kitchen had to offer. They had a beautiful tree set up in the house for us knowing we would be celebrating the holidays there as a family. This house has become our gold standard for what a rental house should be. Thank you so much for hosting us, we hope we have the opportunity to stay there again.

The location was minutes from family, spacious, and peaceful. Loved the EV charger for our car, and the set up was wonderful for our family with adult children. Hosts are communicative and great to work with. Great space, we would book again.

Fantastic for a large family or group
We were a large family group staying in the area for a wedding, and Connie and Brick's place was ideal. The property itself is beautiful, better even than in the photos. Communication throughout was excellent. The kitchen is fab, loads of plates, dishes, cooking pots and serving dishes for a large group. It felt like a real home. Lots of spaces for the family to either get together, or hang out separately. Bedding, linens were great. My husband really appreciated the EV charging port. It felt like Connie and Brick had really thought about everything, from making the home seasonal with fresh flowers and pumpkin decorations to practcal items like providing coffee, seasonings, foil and clingfilm. We loved our stay, thanks so much.

Super friendly and accomodative host. This home is beautiful and the surroundings are picturesque and amazing. All the equipment in the house is very modern and clean, I have never seen such a large size refrigerator! The laundry room is like a conference hall! Perfect family gathering place.
Our family - 6 adults, 3 children - stayed at this lovely home for Christmas. It was cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and spend family time together. The grandsons loved the “treehouse” room! We spent memorable evenings downstairs playing games and watching TV. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. Everything needed was there. And there was plenty of room for alone time as well. Connie was a great host.she seemed to think of every detail. She even decorated the house for us! It really was the perfect place for our family.

She had everything ready for our family to enjoy a relaxed wedding week and provided great recommendations to take our kids trick or treating while they were away from home. Fabulous Stay!
There were eight adults, a two yr old and a newborn. Connie was super helpful with the baby equipment and toddler toys she had available. The design of the house worked so well for this group, with a variety of sleeping schedules that allowed all of us to sleep soundly. The kitchen was incredibly equipped.

Wonderful Family vacation
The property was very clean and comfortable for all in our group. We appreciated Connie’s thoughtfulnesses in having some breakfast options on hand for our first morning. And the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Our group ranged in age from 3 to 66. Plenty of room and activities for all. I have mobility issues so I really appreciated having some step in showers in the house, but the 3 year old still got to enjoy her nightly bubble bath! We also enjoyed the outside patio area and even made s’more’s one evening. Centrally located to the activities we had planned. Would definitely return again!!!

Perfect scrapbooking retreat!
Connie's home was beautiful, extremely clean, well stocked and perfect for our scrapbooking retreat with 7 women. This was our 3rd stay at her home. She even had two 6 foot long tables for us to use. She was very accommodating to our needs. She met us to get us checked in and then checked in with us via the VRBO app a couple of times to make sure all was good. She is professional and friendly. I can't say enough praise about this place. Thank you, Connie!

My extended family and I stayed at this wonderful rental for a long weekend! We were warmly greeted by Connie and provided with everything we needed including some breakfast foods! The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The sleeping areas were great. One small negative is for those sleeping in the upstairs loft bedroom; the sound from the living room does carry upstairs. We loved the big kitchen and large natural wood dining table and the cozy fireplace in the living room helped warm us up! We were sad not to be able to enjoy the nice patio area but we had cold and rainy weather. But it was perfect for family game time and they provided many. There are also many wonderful books to browse through. Thank you Connie for a great stay!

Family reunion
This property was perfect for my step-mom and all 5 of us over-65 siblings from around the country, spouses, and a nephew or two. We needed a spot that would accommodate all of us, including our local sister who is confined to a wheelchair. The kitchen / great room provided enough space for all of us to hang out together. Connie Baldwin patiently answered my many questions to help me determine suitability from across the country. She went far above our expectations to make this work. The kitchen is amazing and is stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. My brother is already talking about using this property again while we are still able to do so.
