"This is my second time staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village and they do not disappoint! Although some of their towers are old (i stayed at the Diamon Tower), my family and I would always come back to our hotel room very clean and organized. highly recommend! All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Jehzra or Jeizra (sorry i cannot remember how to spell her name) was so lovely and accommodating when checking us in. "

Rooms need a little love, AC blowing way too hard. Need some sort of info in room on hotel amenities available, checkout procedures, who to call for what. etc."

"The location is perfect. The beach is beautiful but they run out of towels by 11 o’clock at the pool and they just say to you sorry. They told me it was a busy time if they know spring break is busy by more towels."
