"A reserva foi feita para casa do soro, mas quando chegamos lá estava alugada e não nos avisaram a sorte que a pessoa tinha outra casa e fomos acomodados. E a segunda vez que hotéis.com faz isso conosco e somos clientes assíduos."

"The hotel is acceptable, but the location on the booking site is WRONG. The hotel is much further from the city center than shown. This is not the first time I have encountered this deceptive practice. When I do, no one will take responsibility -- just finger pointing, then everyone shrugs as if ..."
