The proximity to Cooperstown worked very well for us, as did the ability to fish right across the street from the property - my son and I spent a good deal of time casting from the docks. "Used for our 12U baseball tournament at Cooperstown Breams Park. 8 minute drive in reverse traffic. Wouldn’t classify as a luxury stay but perfect for a place to sleep while going to baseball games.
