The lady at the front desk was lovely but the room was disgusting . There were wet towels left and hung up as if they were fresh . There was ashes and gunk left over on the counter and the floor on the sides of the bed , from previous customers . The staff of the Mayflower were very kind and helpful. The lady who greeted me upon check in the night of my arrival was superb. The gentleman watching the desk was helpful as well.

We stayed only one night, the bed was hard with springs it would squeak every time we move. And worse was the sounds that came from the room above us also dropping stuff on the floor in the middle of the night I would like to get a refund for the night we did not stay because we paid for 2 nights
