Second Annual Gathering
This is the second year that my gal cousins and I have enjoyed the lodge. This year we had six in our party and everyone has their own bedroom with more to spare. There's places to gather as well as plenty of space to have alone time if desired. The lodge is immaculate and there's plenty of things to do nearby.

Perfect house by the River
This was an excellent choice for our trip to Cooperstown for a baseball tournament. It was an easy 15 minute drive to Dreams Park. The house had plenty of room for all 12 of us, including a second cottage for someone needing a little more peace and quiet. The communication from the host was over the top. The "app" they created about the house, its amenities, and the surrounding area was great. I would highly recommend this location for any large family or group that has kids playing at Dreams Park.

Great Stay for Baseball Families going to CASV
This property was perfect for our 4 families as each family had their own level and bathroom. The main level was great for gathering. The property was beautiful. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and had it docked for our use. The house comes with kayaks, paddle boards, a canoe, and life jackets. We had a great time fishing and doing all these water activities on our free time. The drive to CASV was an easy 15 min drive, and a 20 min drive to Cooperstown. We would definitely recommend this house to other baseball families. The views were breathtaking as well. We had such a memorable stay at POV!

Perfect Large Cabin on the Lake
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Our boys were playing at All-Star Village and we loved the proximity to both CASV and Cooperstown. The house was larger than expected, with more than enough space for kids and parents to enjoy. We spent a lot of time outside and rented a pontoon boat which we took out to enjoy the quiet lake. Highly recommend this property. We communicated with the property manager, the owner and the maintenance manager. All were very receptive and timely in their responses.

Gal's Gathering
My 6 cousins and I do a getaway every year. The Lakefront Lodge was perfect for us. Each person had their own bed which was high on the list of priorities. The lodge is absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of space for us to gather plus plenty of space to be alone if desired. The lodge within 30ish minutes of Cooperstown and several wineries and breweries but not right in the middle of the business which is what we wanted. We are hoping to return again.

Maintenance issues that interfered with our stay
Broken Dryer, Broken water Heater, Broken Ice Machine, water issues in guest house, then repair people coming and going and blocking driveway. Maintennace and repairs should be done before or after rental not during, especially at 10k per week. The credit they offered for our inconvenience was insulting.

The house is big,enough space for plenty of people and beautiful inside
Loved the house, in real life looks better than in pictures. We were pleasantly surprised by that. Enjoyed our weekend there with family and friends. I wish they would keep the tennis table(it was missing) as it shows in the pictures, we would enjoy some play,but we had fun anyway. Thank you!

Great for Cooperstown ASV
Had a wonderful time, the house was large, clean and made it very easy for a group of families to stay together. Communication with the property manager was prompt and she made the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a 12U trip to Cooperstown. Only note, the lake isn't swimmable where the house is located, but we rented a pontoon for the week and took it out to the main lake, which is beautiful. Loved our stay!

50th wedding celebration
This beautiful log home accommodated 15 members of our immediate family for a week-long reunion. The apartment above the garage was a bonus quiet get away for the honored couple. The array of watercraft was deeply appreciated along with our rental of a pontoon for the week. Everyone who wanted to fish caught something. Wildlife viewing was enjoyable.

Awesome location and great setup!
We enjoyed our time in Cooperstown and really enjoyed the entire experience thanks to our comfortable lakefront home! Lots of open space for families to gather and a great basement for a family with multiple small children. Felt safe, comfortable, and it was nice to check out the restaurants from the field through Milfred. Thanks for a great trip!

Nice place!
First time Vrbo renter. Process was very easy and the communication was great. The place is set up great for large gatherings and the layout of the house provided a lot of privacy between guests. Would rent there again.

A friends staycation
We used this property to celebrate New Years together as a group of 5 couples. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the couch was nap worthy. We love to cook and the kitchen was large enough for us to all cook together. The views were gorgeous of the fog on the frozen lake. We just stayed in the house for the 3 days and it was all very relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely visit this property again.

Large and comfortable house in the woods
Beautiful very large log cabin, essentially in the middle of the woods. The house was very comfortable and roomy, we had ten people at one time and still had an unused bedroom (property includes a guest house that worked well). The house was quite clean and exactly as pictured. The property manager Michelle responded almost immediately when we had questions. The surrounding grounds were quite rustic and would be most appreciated by those who enjoy fishing and canoeing.

Amazing trip
We visited Cooperstown and selected to stay this property to have some peace from the Cooperstown experience. It was perfect. We all loved it. Michelle answered every question we had within thirty minutes . Everything was as promised. I highly recommend this property to anyone but especially to those visiting All Star Village at Cooperstown .

Place was fantastic, accommodated us all. Has a personal dock with paddle boards and canoes. The kids loves that, while some of the adults went fishing. The house was super clean. Huge kitchen as well.

Amazing house with an amazing host
I have nothing but great things to say about our stay here. The house was clean, spacious, and had a fully stocked kitchen. It comfortably fit 14 of us both for sleeping and hanging out and we made great use of the ping pong table, kayaks and fire pit. Michelle would answer any questions or messages within minutes and was so friendly. Only 15 minutes from an Aldi and Ommegang Brewery. We hope to stay here again!

Just what we needed...
After a year of looking out over the same row of tired trees from the same vantage point (usually the window from my makeshift office/bedroom), my family and I could not wait for a change of scenery. This property served as the perfect recharge to the tedium we were all experiencing. It is also one of the those rare finds where the photos underrepresent just how beautiful this home is. If you and your family are in need of a reset (which I'm sure you are), I could not recommend this place more.

Perfect for our family!
We were group of 10 (4 adults, 6 children ages 7-11) and had a great stay! House was more than enough room for us. The great open floor plan for the kitchen and living room was wonderful for us to just hang out. Media room downstairs was a perfect addition for the kids. They enjoyed playing games and watching movies on the large tv. House was very well cleaned and fully stocked kitchen for us to make our meals. Kids loved sledding outside and playing on the frozen lake. The views were beautiful and we even enjoyed the fire pit in the snow! Communication with Michele was always quick and she answered all my questions. It was a perfect relaxing getaway with family.
