"Property view of water Incredible and walking trail by water, right on property. Staff very friendly, close 2 Delaware Canal Park, Bucks County Theater, n Peddlers Village. Rooms Very Clean, Breakfast was great, had item made and Continental breakfast combined. If I had 2 nitpick, no outlet nxt 2 bed, so phone had 2 charge on floor, have only old outlets n no fridge in room. Otherwise, Perfect!! "

"Was nice for a long weekend with girlfriends and the master and second bedroom were comfortable as was the day bed in the living room. But the extra futon, chair bed and pullout sofa in the second floor family room were all very uncomfortable, maybe ok for kids but not adults. The cleaning service did just an ok job before us. Well stocked however for cooking. "

"Perfect location for our visit to Kutztown University! Home was stunning! We enjoyed a lovely room overlooking the Kutztown area. Hosts were so friendly and kind. The amenities they offer within the home were outstanding! Even wine in the room! Beautiful grounds with ample seating to relax and enjoy the view. Worth every penny!! "
