I made a reservation the day before as my sister and I were traveling with her dog for a special roadtrip. I searched Expedia for pet friendly hotels and mikes city hotel and suites came up. I read the reviews and it looked great! Cookies in the lobby?!! Yes! When I arrived there was a miles city hotel and suites on one side of the street and a miles city hotel on the other side of the street. I went into the first one (with the cookies) and they said that the “pet friendly” place was across the street. Not as nice, no cookies, etc.. The staff was very nice but I think it should have been made clearer in the description of the properties.

On our travels across Montana (after a day in Teddy Roosevelt National Park, we stayed at one of two MC Hotel properties, both of which are just off of I-90 (but on different sides of the street). The staff were all excellent - really good service. The breakfast was the standard offered at most hotels but extremely well executed. The room was quite nice as well, and we didn't hear any noise from the interstate. Recommended.

Carpet at the freshold was ripped out. TV had no reception. AC didn’t work, was only blowing and loud. No elevator. Carpet stained and armchair was discussing. I picked it because reviews were good and it was rather pricey. So I thought it would be a sure bet. Also breakfast was terrible and environmentally bad, little coffee cups and everything individually packaged ready for the landfill.

Great hotel for a remote location. Pool and hot tub area are fantastic. Probably the best free breakfast served I’ve ever had. Very clean room and decent price.

Room was clean and comfortable. It's an older property but well maintained. Kids really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast area had a good variety, including some hot options and a fruit/yogurt bar with fresh fruit.

We arrived very late due to travel delays, the front desk called to check in with us. There was soup ready for some tired travelers. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and quiet. Breakfast was great! We would definitely stay again!

Missing elevator.
There are 2 classes of hotel...an upper and lower crust, accross the street from each other. I had the lower crust. Not as many amenities. Biggest issue was no elevator, although its only 2 stories. If your elderly, handicapped, or have heavy luggage beware there is no elevator. I personally didn't find it difficult but there are those that will.
