"Great staff support. Problem with clothes washer. Pipe came loose from the connector and put water over kitchen floor three times. Reservation for two but only one spoon, one fork, and one cup. Shower drain very slow. No gas for cooking available upon arrival. But I would still reserve here again. They made good attempts to resolve issues as they were reported."

"I spent over a week at the Signature. It's very clean and the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Its central location made traveling easier. I love the Enigma Sky Lounge on the 11th floor. The food and music were excellent. One thing that’s needs improvement is the checking in process. I had to wait for a long time to be checked in. "

"The hotel is very nice with great customer service especially from Mavis and the bar staff. Fast and super Wi-Fi. Nice secure and serene location with beaches and shopping about 15 minutes by taxi. Will definitely stay here when next in Accra"
