Quiet two-level studio apartment in the historic centre of the city ideal for couples wishing to discover Milan and its beauties. Within walking distance Duomo Square, Brera Gallery, Alla Scala Theatre and several museums and churches; Leonardo's Last Supper is just a few bus stops away. Many shopping opportunities within 15 minutes’ walk: the "fashion quadrilateral" with the elegant Via Montenapoleone, the luxury mega-store La Rinascente, Via Torino and its shops. In the evening after a pleasant stroll through Old Milan, immerse yourself in the lively districts of Porta Romana, the Columns of San Lorenzo and “I Navigli”. Several supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner.

Ideal solution as well for businessmen due to its location in the town financial heart or travellers attending congresses at Università Statale/MICO Congress Centre or trade fairs at Rho Fieramilano (subway stop at 50m); large table and WIFI internet connection. Well served by public transport; parking against fee at 150m.

The apartment
30 sqm studio on the ground floor, overlooking the courtyard of an 18th century stately home. The living area and kitchenette are on the lower level, while the bed (160x200) and the bathroom are on the upper floor.
Kitchenette equipped with electric hobs with two burners, small fridge with freezer compartment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, dishes, Espresso moka.
Individually controlled air conditioning; centralized heating with adjustable temperature – operating period and hours decided by the condominium (maximum 14 hours from mid-October to mid-April).
Ceiling with exposed beams and original stone flooring from the 1700s; security door.

Notes
- The living area is connected to the sleeping area with a spiral staircase; the apartment is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties
- It is possible to carry to the upper level just trolley bags (not suitcases)
- Children under the age of 8 are not admitted
- There is no reception service. The arrival time must be communicated at least one day before check-in; arrivals after 8pm must be communicated at the time of booking. In case of check-in after 9pm or delays of more than one hour, the property may request a supplement of € 20.
- Dogs are welcome, provided they do not climb on the sofa or bed; please report their presence when booking. We are sorry; we do not accept cats

Perfect City Spot
I couldn't have imagined a better place to stay while in Milan. Although it was only for a night, it was walking distance to everything we wanted to get to, the home was incredibly cute, and the host was very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again and hope to return; there was an entire binder full of events/museums/sights that I'd love to visit in the future. Highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect location in the heart of Milan
We loved this cozy apartment for a few days in Milan! It was walking distance to the Duomo and other major sites. Public transit was easy to navigate. I would not recommend this place for kids - the stairs are quite steep and quarters are small. But it was perfect for a getaway for my husband and me.

We loved our stay here. It was pretty big compared to some of the other places we stayed throughout Italy. It had everything we needed, and we were even able to cook ourselves some homemade fresh pasta using the kitchenette. The host was very nice and communicative, and even let us know the best way to get to the airport upon check out (taking a cab to the train to the airport, which saved us a lot of money). The washing machine worked well and we were glad to be able to wash some essential items. The house is a little cold, but the host provided lots of blankets and a space heater, which worked well. There was quite a bit of construction right outside the house while we were there, which made walking directions a little more confusing, but it is very conveniently located near all of the big attractions (Duomo, Galleria Vittorio, Navigli, Brera). Overall we would definitely come back here.

Great location near the Duomo, just be wary of the summers
We loved this spot for how close it was to everything in Milan, and all of the information left by our host was perfect, she was so great in communication for all the information we needed. My only note would be the A/C unit seemed to be struggling with with the summer heat. We chose this time of year to travel but I would recommend bringing a fan or something to get some air moving while in the house. Other than that it was a great stay, I would love to see the city at another time during the year for sure.

Cute little apartment close to everything
The location was wonderful for getting around the city. A short walking distance to the Cathedral and many bars, caffè's and restaurants as well as convenient access to the Metro. The apartment is small but provided us with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The spiral staircase could be a problem for those with mobility issues. The communications with the host were great.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
This place is compact and has all your needs. It is 3 minutes walk to Cathedral yet in a complex that sets it back from the main road. It is safe and quiet. Literally a minute walk to metro. Owner was able to adjust her schedule to meet ours as we got lost temporarily. Truly amazing, I was in love with the place!!! Definitely stay if you want to be near the center of everything!

Great location in the heart of the city
We only had one night to stay in Milan so we had to make it count by staying in the heart of the city. This apartment was a short distance away from the Duomo and Galleria so it was the perfect location to make a quick exploration of the city. This apartment is a short distance from the M3 metro making for an easy way to get around the city. The apartment is well stocked and had a washing machine available for us. It has some very interesting character due to its former usage that the owner explained. She made sure to point out all of the features of the apartment and some nearby places to explore and eat. The windows open into a small courtyard which makes for a much quieter stay than the nearby busy streets.

Excellent location to walk to the Duomo, La Scala and the historic attractions of the city. Close to the subway and access to the train stations. The studio is clean, tidy and nicely laid out with Elisabetta being the perfect host in ensuring we had everything we needed. You can't go wrong staying here if you want to be close to the action and to experience everything Milan offers.
