Totally renovated design apartment well connected by public transport.
The apartment is only five minutes walk from the ISTRIA metro station (Metro 5) and only 4 metro stops from the Central Station and Garibaldi Station (convenient if arriving by train or bus from any airport). Several tram / bus lines (4, 5, 7,31,42, 51) are available in the vicinity of the building.
A short distance away is also the MIC (Interactive cinema museum), a museum space completely dedicated to the seventh of art, and in the immediate vicinity there is a shopping center with a multiplex, gyms, pizzerias and restaurants (Bicocca Village), as well as at the Hangar Bicocca, an exhibition venue of international appeal. The Isola neighborhood, bordering on Bicocca and a reference point for restaurants and night clubs (one of which is Blue Note) can be reached in a short time. Thanks to tram 7 and metro line 5, there are also fast connections to the areas of Porta Nuova, Porta Garibaldi and Corso Como, Milan's nightlife centers. With the same metro line (Line 5) it is possible to easily reach the San Siro stadium.

Roomy
Lots of room with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in living room for another. Loved dining on small balcony overlooking the park watching kids play and dogs being walked. Safe neighborhood. Gracious helpful host.

Our stay here was short however the host was absolutely wonderful. Brilliant with communication, talked us through the place ensuring if we had any questions we could contact him whenever. Also appreciated his humor!!!! The place was clean and fabulous facilities. I only wish we had a little more time there. We did find the meteo lines slightly more confusing than specified in the description however overall got the hang of it. Massive thanks for making our stay so memorable.

Close to everything we wanted with true Italian feel!
Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for us and close to all things we needed such as a supermarket, neighborhood bakeries, delicious food - and neighborhood outdoor eat/drink area. We got to experience the old town local vibe and it’s super close to the transit system. There was a railroad system that was outside the window that ran frequently; however, it didn’t bother us much. It did get a little warm but the fans helped. All in all we loved it and if we are back in Milan, we will stay here.

Great and friendly host
Fabrizio, is an incredible host, he went out of the way to provide us a lot of information. However on the day before we were due to leave, we were accosted outside the building at around 9 pm and there was a likelihood we would have been robbed if it hadn't been for other cars in the vicinity. With 2 young children in tow, it felt like we were made an easy mark of. I am highlighting this, because it may be a consideration for families who wish to live here in future. My only comment about the property itself, would be that the electrics will need to be upgraded, because the fuse blew a few times when appliances in the kitchen were on. Other than that - it was a comfortable stay and we found all necessary amenities for our 4 day stay there.

Lovely apartment within easy walking distance of Metro
Fabrizio is a great host and has a lovely apartment within easy, and safe, walking distance of the Metro. There's a couple of handy supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is well stocked and the apartment has everything that you need to have a comfortable stay. As others have mentioned, there is a train line behind the apartment, and a dog park in front, but really neither bothered us during our stay.

Good location, excellent host!
“Fabrizio, the host, is a very nice and helpful man. The communication was great, and there is nothing to complain about. The location of the apartment is good, you can get everywhere quickly with the metro. The apartment is quiet (except for the nearby trains) and well-equipped. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken when we were there, but such things can happen. The heating only worked sporadically, but due to the temperatures, it was not a problem and was addressed by Fabrizio during check-in. We had everything we needed (except for a pizza cutter), and if something was missing, Fabrizio provided it immediately. He always gave us good tips and was almost always available. You can definitely give a clear recommendation here without hesitation.

Family Italy trip
Great location right next to the metro making travel to the city’s highlights easy. Our host also pointed out a restaurant for us that was outstanding. It rained while we were in Milan and the apartment was cold to be in. We managed with some extra blankets at night.

Fast perfekt
Fabrizio war sehr freundlich und für uns immer ansprechbar. Er hat sich aller unserer Probleme angenommen. Zugegeben, so peinlich sauber wie manch andere Ferienwohnung war es hier nicht. Aber die Arbeitsflächen in der Küche und das Bad waren top. Die Spülmaschine konnten wir nicht benutzen.

Easy access to Milan
This was a great apartment for our 5 night Milan trip. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and worked great for our family of 5. It's a very easy walk to the metro and a quick ride to get anywhere in Milan. Communication and check-in/out were very easy and we felt at home in the apartment and neighborhood. We would definitely look to stay again next time we come to Milan.

Mooi ingericht appartement met vriendelijke eigenaar maar wel wat aandachtspunten
Het appartement is mooi ingericht en netjes. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en heeft ons relevante informatie gegeven. Toch zijn er enkele belangrijke aandachtspunten. Het appartement is gelegen in een erg lawaaierige omgeving. Aan de achterkant loopt een zeer drukke spoorlijn waardoor je nagenoeg continu (ook 's nachts) het lawaai van voorbij denderende treinen hoort. Aan de voorkant is er een hondenweide. Al vroeg in de ochtend hoor je blaffende honden. Voor wie een rustige buurt zoekt, is dit appartement af te raden. Het keukengerei om te koken is beperkt. Er was bijv. geen scherp mes om groenten en aardappelen te schillen aanwezig, alsook geen waterkoker (deze staat nochtans op de foto's). Veel dingen zijn ook wat verouderd zoals bijv. het gasfornuis zonder beveiliging en sommige rolluiken. De leefruimte heeft geen vensters en is daardoor een wat donkere koker.

Gewoon geweldig
Prima. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement. Fijne buurt. Heel dicht bij metro. Fabrizio kan je altijd een berichtje sturen, mocht je iets willen weten. 1 klein minpuntje. Mocht je niet van blaffende honden houden, dan is het niet de juiste plek om te verblijven. Tegenover appartement is een loslopende honden veldje. Dat toch al wel erg vroeg hoorbaar is.

Excellent séjour dans cette très belle ville de Milan L appartement est tout a fait conforme à la description de l annonce IL est situé dans u quartier agréable avec routes les commodités ; supermarchés , restaurants Il est surtout très bien relié au centre de Milan avec le métro et le tram à 5 minutes à pied Fabrizio nous a réservé un excellent accueil Hébergement a recommandé

Top Lage
Die Wohnung liegt, wie beschrieben, 5 Minuten Fußweg von der M-Station ISTRIA entfernt. Von dort aus ist man in 20 Minuten an der Station DUMO, wo das Leben pulsiert. Fabrizio ist ein netter Gastgeber und die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Ggü von der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Park mit Fußballfeld und einem Hundeauslaufbereich. Damit kann es gelegentlich zu Geräuschen kommen. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos im Inserat abgebildet. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Mailand ist eine tolle Stadt und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

Einfach schön
Kommunikation im Vorfeld und währenddessen hat super geklappt. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, leicht außerhalb der Innenstadt aber für uns wie gewünscht. Fabrizio hat uns steht’s und schnell geantwortet und uns immer bei Fragen geholfen. Rundum alles gut, wir hatten eine schöne Woche :)

Beautiful apartment in ideal location
Fabrizio’s apt was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to the park, the Metro, a cafe, grocery store , and a couple of nice restaurants. Perfect base of operations for our week in and around Milano. I would highly recommend.

Così così
Appena arrivati ci accorgiamo che un termosifone di una delle camere non funzionava. Chiamato il proprietario, non è riuscito a riparare causa ponte e week end per cui una coppia amica ha dovuto dormire nel divano letto per l'intenso freddo in camera. Poi sotto il letto futon era accumulata una discreta sporcizia. Tapparelle non funzionanti per cui, nonostante le tende oscurati, entra molta luce al mattino. In complesso buona la posizione, facile il parcheggio, metro molto vicina ma pulizia e gestione degli inconvenienti non ottimale.
