It's bad
A was bad experience we drove from Paris and we get to the place at 10:00 pm we could not get inside the place no service desk no one answered the phone the place was locked down I won't wish this experience to no body We was family at 5 and we have to drive way and sleep in the car at gas station a was really bad I wish you take action and remove the add from you page

Horrible!!! Stay away!!! Did not even let us go in
After the long flight with kids The owner did not let us go in the apartment. He told us he rented the apartment to someone else. However the day before he sent us an email to confirm our stay. He took the money for the stay and said "goodbye". So, stay away from this if you don't want to ruin your vacation in Milan as we did.

After the long flight with kids The owner did not let us go in the apartment. He told us he rented the apartment to someone else. However the day before he sent us an email to confirm our stay. Do, stay away from this if you don't want to ruin your vacation in Milan.

Premetto che abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura per una sola notte, ma ci siamo trovati bene. Avevamo bisogno di un posto dove dormire vicino al centro che disponesse di un posto auto per evitare di doverne cercare e pagare uno. La casa é tutta letti, la cucina é in un armadio, il frigo é piccolo, ed é disponibile un solo armadio per tutti gli ospiti. Detto ciò la casa faceva perfettamente al caso nostro. Per il check in ho dovuto contattare l'host mandandogli la prenotazione (ha risposto la sera sul tardi) e mi ha mandato tutte le informazioni necessarie, cosa che ho molto apprezzato. Ultima nota da sottolineare é la zona in cui si trova l'appartamento: 10 minuti da portagenova, vicinissima a piazza xxiv maggio comodissima per raggiungere la parte bella dei Navigli... Però si trova davanti ad una casa occupata (credo che il murales "la casa é di chi la abita" sia abbastanza esplicativo). Detto ciò non abbiamo avuto problemi, anche se alcuni ospiti hanno sentito rumori fino a tarda notte. Un ottima sistemazione in cui dormire a Milano.

Wir haben gebucht und trotz schriftlich Kontakt mit dem Besitzer, hatten wir keine Antwort bekommen. Erst nachdem wir Expedia kontaktiert haben, könnten wir mit dem Besitzer sprechen. Als wir angekommen sind war niemand zu Hause. Wir haben nochmals telefoniert und Herr Mario hat uns gesprochen "er käme bald". Nach 1 Stunde war noch niemand dort und Herr Mario hat unsere Anrufe nicht mehr beantwortet. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Es war kalt und wir hatten keine Unterkunft. Wir mussten etwas neues buchen. Expedia hat uns auch nicht geholfen.

l appartamento è diverso da quello in foto, e comunque confortevole per brevi periodi vicino ai servizi pubblici e anche la zona non è malaccio, comodo il servizio ritiro chiavi senza host, lati negativi, il wi fi non funzionava e il telecomando della tv è introvabile

UNBELIEVABLE
UNBELIEVABLE !!! We, a party of three adults, booked this apartment for the same day of arrival. Shortly after booking, we realized that the property had received VERY BAD reviews previously and we were very concerned about the fact that previous guests had not been granted access...well, the same happened to us! We were supposed to receive a message from the manager/owner about check-in, which we never did receive. Nobody was available via phone. We called Hotels.com customer service, who on their behalf tried to contact the management/owner - without success. So we had paid for accommodation and had no place to sleep. Had to book another hotel and now they argue about refunding us back. PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!! This is FRAUD!!!

Appartement non conforme à ce que j'attendais en voyant les photos. La clim ne fonctionnait pas vraiment, les plaques de cuisson non plus, l'agencement des lieux n'est pas prévu pour une famille. La propreté laisse à désirer. Le lave-linge était plein et le linge à l'intérieur mouillé. La WiFi ne marchait pas, et on nous a proposé de nous dépanner à 22h45 ! J'ai du aller chercher du liquide pour régler le service d'accueil et le changement de date ma coûté 80 euros, soit disant parce que ce coûtait plus cher la nuit précédente. En dehors du parking intérieur gratuit, ce logement est à fuir ! Je ne comprends même pas qu'il puisse être proposé sur le site. Les avis m'avaient prevenu mais je n'avais malheureusement pas d'autres solutions. Logement à proscrire !

2 heures d'attente pour récupérer les clés car le propriaitaire a induit l'employé chargé de accueillir en erreur en le dirigeant vers une autre adresse. De plus on nous demandé 25 euro de taxe de sejour pour 5 personnes dont 3 enfants plus 15 euro de frais de check-in enfin quartier mal fréquenté c'est juste du vol!

Stay away from this!
We booked this apartment and got it confirmed. A short while later I received a description of address and how to enter the apartment as the owner could not be there. When we arrived at the address the apartment was completely different from the pictures. A small run down flat at ground floor, with less than required beds, wet bed sheets in washer, no air conditioning (35 degrees outside, 40 inside) Not at all what we booked and got confirmed. The owner did not answer when calling about this. Got rooms in a proper place and anticipating that Expedia will refund..
