The doors and walls are paper thin so you could hear everything in the other rooms. If you’re unlucky to have someone loud noisy banging shouting in any other room, you couldn’t sleep if you need silence to fall asleep. Also, the tramway is right outside the building, which is convenient, but the old tram runs all day all night with earth shattering noise and vibration from those old wheels onto the track. Might be the case in most areas in Milan, but in this in particular it is quite loud.
