The huge living area is illuminated by large windows overlooking a small balcony with plants that will give you the right privacy. A very comfortable sofa, TV, a coffee table, a large dining table for 6 people and a characteristic oriental red sideboard adorn this part of the house.

The kitchen has no doors and overlooks the large living room: it is equipped with everything needed to prepare and cook your favorite dishes (microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc.).
A corridor leads to a separate area currently used as a study / library.

Another corridor separates the sleeping area as follows:

- a double bedroom with balcony, TV and a large walk-in closet. Adjacent to the bedroom is the first bathroom, elegantly furnished, with a bathtub and a shower cubicle
- the second bedroom has two single beds and a large wardrobe where you can stow your belongings
- the third bedroom has a French bed (for one and a half), a single sofa bed and also a large wardrobe.
Between the two bedrooms there is the second bathroom with sanitary ware and shower cubicle.

The apartment is completed by a small room / closet with washing machine, tub for washing clothes by hand and a cloth.

FOR FAMILIES: cot and high chair available on request and subject to availability

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: registration of the contract required for bookings of more than 28 nights. The cost of registration (101.5 €) is to be considered at the customer's expense

Upon your arrival you will find:

- Ready beds (with the exception of the sofa beds for which the set of sheets, blankets and pillows will be prepared ready for use)
- Towels (one shower towel and one face towel for each guest)
- Starting Pack: initial supply including laundry pads, dishwasher pads, detergents, toilet paper, hand soap and bags for separate collection
