I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at [Hotel Name] on [Date]. Upon my arrival at approximately 9:45 PM, I discovered that there was no electricity in my room. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received no response for a considerable period of time.
When I finally reached a staff member, she did her best to assist me, and I appreciate her efforts. However, we spent nearly two hours troubleshooting the issue, which included going up and down the hotel to locate the main fuse and meter. It was not until around midnight that the problem was resolved. By that time, I was extremely tired and hungry, which further compounded my frustration. This ordeal significantly impacted my stay, and I was unable to rest properly or enjoy any amenities.
Given the inconvenience and distress caused by this situation, I am requesting a full refund for my stay on [Date]. I believe this is a fair request considering the circumstances and the lack of service that I experienced.
