No hot water!!! This property has problems. Hot water does not work. Stove does not work properly. Washer/dryer broken. No paper products or bathroom supplies. Not even one square of toilet paper or a bar of soap. Sleeper sofa okay for a couple nights. Location is great if you are a solid sleeper. Very busy street with a trolley that goes by often right under the window. Host was receptive and responsive but I think he is aware of the hot water issue.

Perfectly located, think to take your ear plugs to sleep tight
The studio is perfectly located in the center of milano near to Brera area in an old building. It is enough furnished for few days staying in the city. Simone was really flexible and gave us accurate protocol to reach the apartment without any trouble and gave us full autonomy. Only drawback : the noise. As this is really close to a cross of streets, impossible to let the windows open while staying in the apartment. Even with windows closed, the tram in the street makes a lot of noise and can affect sensitive persons at night. Advise : take your ear plugs to sleep tight and not be bothered by the noise of the city!

Très bon emplacement en plein centre
Cet endroit est très bien placé transports en commun proche. Le logement est sympathique et l'accueil est excellent. Le bémol c'est le prix des parkings et le prix des tickets de transport.
