Brilliant budget place, like no other in Milan.
Hotel Centrale is a great place, super cheap and comfortable. It is so close to Milan central station and easy access to any transport links! The staff make it though and I have to say that Marco was amazing and provided excellent customer service. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here.

I don’t recommend it at all, the service is very poor and the rooms are not very cozy. Also the breakfast was terrible we had to go out to get something else to eat.

Very clean. The room was a good size, the plumbing was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The extra pillows needed replacing (old, deflated, lacking pillow cases).

The breakfast choices were very poor, essentially offering only very sweet options. The shower was also extremely small. Other than that it was okay, especially for the price. Parking is extremely limited however.

I stayed with my 10 yr, it was suppose to be doubled bed and it wasn't, NO air conditioner and he bathroom was like a match box (NO TURNING SPACE AT ALL)

do not stay here - it's in a very sketchy neighborhood. the front desk guy is not friendly, you can hear everything in the rooms, the fan that they provide for you does not work, overall just a terrible hotel. I could not stay there and ended up finding another hotel

LIKES A manageable walk from the Central Station if you haven't got a lot of luggage and if it isn't rainy! DISLIKES (1) I could hear the occupants from the next room like they were in my own room. (2) The shower stall had water seeping out from the base after usage. (3) Breakfast was paltry and really not great quality.

I have traveled the world but this was my worrise experience ever so far with hotels . The reception was very very rude . No customer service what so ever . The hotel from outside looks like jail . Paint all over the wall . Don’t waste your money on the hotel ! There are so many other hotels at the same price and same location.

Room has no air conditioning. I expected for the price I paid the hotel has ac or fan at least. I have asthma I cannot sleep in a room with no air circulation at all. We checked out 2 hours later after finding a cheaper hotel nearby for less price.

Too Hot
Don't like to be too critical as weather was hot but the room was exceptionally hot, unbearable in fact! We had a family room with one fan and none of us slept a wink for two nights. We asked in vain for a second fan after the first night but there was no attempt to resolve our problem or ease our discomfort. Moral of the story.... We will ensure we look for air conditioned rooms in hot climate in future!

I mistakenly thought it was air conditioned. It isn't. We stayed the first night in a larger room in the front which wasn't too hot, plus they supplied a large fan. We moved to a smaller room in the back the second and third nights and, although there was a fan, it was uncomfortable. The shower as useful, but the smallest I've seen. My wife asked what all the banging was. It was me bouncing off the walls while trying to wash. Although the hotel faces a primary street, there was not a lot of traffic and it was quiet. The breakfast was adequate, but with fewer choices than we have had at other budget hotels. Amadeo at the front desk was very helpful. I would stay there again. We got a very good price on line.
